Clown #71  inspired by a very sweet clown "Toto" (aka Toto Totopoulos) from Athens, Greece.  Clown TOTO has over 33 years in the field of children's entertainment with countless performances and also he visits children hospitals. He studied dramatic school at the Athens Conservatoire and has been involved in both television and cinema, as well as theater which is his great love. See more info at his website.

Clown #70 Ronald Burton is a Professional Rodeo Barrelman from Texas. Working events from Florida to Alaska Ronald is a popular painted face in the rodeo industry.  He was also featured as the main subject in an award winning documentary Man in the Can.  More info can be seen on his website.

After I painted "Clown Rayito" (#54), I found out that actually his parents are professional clowns, so decided to paint them too. Clown #68 is Rayito's father, called "Bombin" from  Mission, TX, USA. Bombin is clowning since 1984. He competed in clown conventions, worked in rodeos (teasing bulls) circuses, parties and TV as well. Clown #69 "Pequitas" is Rayito's mother, she started clowning after she got married with Bombin which is more than 20 years, motivated by the impact the clown has toward children and the smiles they get, kept her in this beautiful clowning career.

Clown #66 is inspired by a professional clown "Inky the Clown" aka Jeff Roebuck from Brandon, Mississippi, USA. Inky is clowning more than 30 years.Hobo-faced Inky's look emulates that of a world renowned clown, Emmet Kelly was known for his character clown, and remains one of Roebuck's heroes today. ACEO Clown Portrait #62 "Dimitri"

Clown #62 is homage to Dimitri Jakob Muller (1935 – 2016), known as "Dimitri" was a Swiss clown and mime artist. He was born in Ascona. Her parents were painter and sculpter. At very early age he decided to become a clown. He also bacame an apprentice potter and at the same time he took theatre classes and studied music as well as ballet and acrobatics. 

He he studied mime with Etienne Decroux and became a member of Marcel Marceau. He worked in Circus Knie for several years. Together with his wife in 1971, he founded "Teatro Dimitri" and created plays and directed over the years. He received many awards in his country. The day before his sudden death on 19th July 2016 Dimitri was still performing in his theatre in Verscio. He remains one of the world's best clowns who not only made his public laugh but with his poetic mind and generous heart also deeply touched the audience.

Clown #61 is inspired by a very talented clown "Ron "Toto" Johnson" from Davenport, Iowa, USA. Toto" began clowning in 1977 at the age of 10. He has performed across the USA and all over the world since 1985. In addition to performing, "Toto" also teaches clowning and has lectured on the art internationally. These days Toto is touring in China. See more info at his fb page.
