ACEO Clown #224 "John Taylor the Human Cannonball" (Henry Muñoz)

2 ½” x 3 ½” (6.3 x 8.9 cm)

ACEO Clown portrait #224 is homage to a very special clown "John Taylor the Human Cannonball". His real name Henry Muñoz, (1958- 2018). Henry was born in Florida, raised in the circus, turned into a projectile by a family tradition that goes on for a century, His father, his uncle and the founder of the saga , Grandfather Captain Muñoz, a man from Madrid who traveled the five continents as Bala Man (Bullet man) and ended up settling in Florida (USA), where his son Luis and his grandson Henry were born. His wife comes from  the famous circus famly Rampin. His older brother Christopher and his son-in-law Jody Bellucci is also a human cannonball.  As you know there not many this type of clowns left. I also painted Bello Nock. There is an interesting article about history of human cannonball, here is the link https://flashbak.com/i-am-a-human-cannonball-a-brief-history-of-circus-bullets-25160/ Enjoy it! Have a great weekend.
