Clown Portrait #262 is inspired by a young magician clown Jess Harkin, aka "Kazoo the Clown" from Ireland’s Donegal county. Jess Harkin was just three years old when she first saw a clown at a circus. From then on, she decided she wanted to be one.
At age 22 year old started learning her craft by watching videos on YouTube and reading books about magic. She also went to classes at the In Your Space circus school in Londonderry.
Jessica Harkin was amazed to claim the prize alongside Burtonport’s Dylan Murray in the International Runway Achievers and Recognition Awards. She won the spellbinding title of Irish Magician of the Year at the IRARA Awards 2019. @kazootheclown
