ACEO Clown Portrait #261 is a homage to one of America's most famous clown "Otto Griebling" originally from Germany (1896 – 1972).  At age of 14 he immigrated to the United States and settled in Wisconsin.

Otto worked in a riding act for ten years and in 1930 made the decision to become a full time clown. Otto developed the silent tramp clown that made him famous.

In 1932 he joined the Hagenbeck-Wallace Circus and then in 1935 he was with Jess Adkins and Zack Terrell's Cole Bros. Circus where he became the show's "producing Clown".

In 1951 Griebling joined the Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus, where he would remain for the rest of his life.

Otto once stated "If you find yourself able to make people laugh, it's God's gift. You have to do everything from the bottom of your heart".

ACEO Clown Portrait #260 inspired by a young and unique clown "Palhaço Ritalino" Tiago Marquez from Londrina, Brazil. Marquez has a degree in Performing Arts from the State University of Londrina. Marques, who gives life to Clown Ritalino, has been researching comedy since 2009. In his repertoire he has the show The Best show in the world which premiered in 2013. He also Tiago has a new show "In Concertina", directed by Ricardo Puccetti from Lume Teatro.

Through workshops he met great masters of theater and clowning such as Gardi Hutter (Switzerland), Chacovachi (Argentina), Pepe Nuñes (Spain), Aziz Gual (Mexico), Biribinha, Ésio Magalhães, Ricardo Puccetti, Marcio Líbar, Eduardo Okamoto , Joice Aglaé Brondani and Alexandre Mate, among others. 

Since 2016, the actor has been one of the artists featured on the “Project Incubator” platform, by SIM! Culture, receiving support and guidance in the production area of your artistic career. To follow him visit  fb page.

ACEO Clown portrait #259 was inspired by a talented clown "Bri Crabtree" from Oakland, California and she has over 20 years experience in children’s entertainment. Bri is professionally trained in juggling, unicycling, magic, mime, dance, and clowning. She performs all over the world, whether it’s by train, airplane, or logging into a virtual show. Her juggling and unicycle skills on stages from Dubai to France, for clients such as Dreamworks, Google, and Netflix. ACEO clown portrait #258 inspired by a fantastic clown called "Crostino" (Diego Zanatta) from Italy. Diego is a professional clown known for his entertaining shows that bring laughter to audiences of all ages. Trained at the prestigious Arsenale Theater School in Milan, under the guidance of renowned theater artists Marina Sperafico and Kuniaki Ida, Diego mastered the art of clowning using the Lecoq method.

Continuing his artistic development through masterclasses with esteemed clowns like Vladimir Olshansky, David Larible, and André Casaca, Diego became the creator and performer of his character, Clown Crostino. While primarily performing in Italy, his unique blend of physical comedy, slapstick humor, and interactive elements has also delighted audiences in France and Germany.

Clown Crostino's shows are designed to provide a delightful family experience, uniting people from different backgrounds through the universal language of laughter. With his charming and mischievous character, Clown Crostino effortlessly engages the audience, ensuring an evening filled with amusement and shared joy. His instagram

ACEO Clown portrait #257 "Clown Ottilie"

ACEO clown portrait #257 inspired by a very special hospital clown "Ottilie" (Anne Schwede) from Paderborn, Germany. Anne trained as a clinic clown and after this her clowning adventure started. She worked as a clinic clown in hospitals and care institutions for many years. 

Thanks to the founding of her clown school, the "Humorkolleg", many new clinic and school clowns now enrich the health care system and visit schools and day-care centres. 

Also she has a "nose workshop" where they make special clown noses in different colours and shapes. See more info @humorkolleg 

Recently Anne wrote and illustrated a children's book about the clown Ottilie PfefferMinze. Ottilie is a specialist in measuring, a world champion in flying, a happy owner of letters and she has the craziest ideas for games. ACEO clown portrait #256 inspired by an very talented clown "Augustina" (Idoia López Callejas) from Navarra, Spain. Idoia has lived in different parts of the Iberian Peninsula and has traveled to various places around the world. One of her greatest achievements: crossing Brazil, from north to south, by bicycle and earning a living in the squares of this beautiful country with her musical and circus art.

She has studied Circus Arts at the International Circus and Theater School CAU (Center for Urban Arts) in Granada and has taken various artistic courses with specialists such as Virginia Imaz, Slava Polunin, Alessia Desogus Phillippe Gaulier, Antón Valen, David Monge, Pepa Gil, Jesús Jara, Pepa Plana to expand her knowledge and stage skills.

She is an excellent creator, a versatile circus artist, musician, singer, leather craftswoman and lover of design and costume making. It is her passion for such skills that makes her a complete multidisciplinary artist; keeping her in constant learning and evolution, to be at the forefront of artistic circus, theater and music.

Within the Ido Loca company is also Estela Ceniceros Rodríguez, with degrees in Music Teaching, Music Therapy and Cultural Communication and Event Management and Organization. She handles management and distribution of the shows, as well as creation and management of their light and sound technique. She is also part of the artistic aspect of the AcustiCómico Ido & LocA show, entering the stage as arranger and percussionist of the musical creations of the duo.
