Clown #36 is a brilliant clown artist called "Tweedy" from Scotland. Another instagram discovery... @tweedyclown (IG) He is a circus clown, as well as performs in theaters an TV. Recently He is touring with Giffords Circus, A 1930s style circus currently in Windsor Great Park then moving to Stonor House near Henley-on-Thames, England. More info at his FB Page and website.
