ACEO Clown portrait #125 is inspired by a very unique clown "Slops the Clown" from Victoria, Australia. His clown character evolved as hobo and trump style clowns. He does puppet performances for about 2 years at different spots along an arts trail, where old silos have had murals painted on them by artists. You can find him on instagram @herbertslops
