ACEO clown portrait #207 is inspired by a wonderful clown "Andy the Clown" (Andrew Davis) from Lowestoft, UK. Andy works at birthdays, carnivals, weddings, corporate events, promotions, adult evenings. He has singing and piano playing skills and he is a DJ as well. He is a president of the largest and most respected clown organization in the world, The World Clown Association.
